WHAT TO KNOW
INPUTS
a: the clock or event; b: the value to catch.
OUTPUT RANGE
b's range
USE IT FOR
Catching a value at key-up (a = Note St: where a controller was when the note was released); a second sample-and-hold clocked half a cycle after Sample B on A, for two random voices out of step. In the factory programs: LFO1 and GRand1 (8 slots).
WATCH OUT
It catches b as a falls, not while a is low: a must rise above 0.5 and fall again for each new value.
IN THE FACTORY PROGRAMS
In 11 FUN slots of the factory programs: FUN1 9, GFUN4 1, GFUN2 1. GFUN2 and GFUN4 are the program's global FUNs.
