The factory's functions
Gallerythe most usedOf the 59 functions, the factory programs lean on a handful: the 2POLE LOWPASS above all, then LOPASS, TREBLE, HIPASS, the two mid EQs and the shelves. The oscillators and the rarer filters come in where a sound needs them.

WHAT TO KNOW
THE MOST USED
2POLE LOWPASS in more than half of all layers, usually first in its ALG, near 415 Hz with no resonance, moved by envelopes, keys and the panel.
THE TONE STAGES
TREBLE, LOPASS, PARA MID and the shelves after the main filter: small corrections, often at 0 dB until a control moves them.
USE IT FOR
A starting point for a layer: the factory's commonest function for each place and kind of sound.
WATCH OUT
A function at its neutral value (TREBLE at 0 dB, a filter wide open) still takes its blocks: free them when the sound needs another stage.
IN THE FACTORY PROGRAMS
8,828 VAST layers; the 2POLE LOWPASS is in 4,722 of them, 53 %, the next ten in 8,260 places.
