(a+b)^2
products and scaling= (a + b) squaredSquares the sum: a unipolar source gets a curve that stays low through its first half, half as high at its middle; a bipolar one becomes a V, zero at its centre and rising toward either extreme.

WHAT TO KNOW
INPUTS
a and b are summed; one is often OFF or a constant offset.
OUTPUT RANGE
0..+1 (always positive, clamped)
USE IT FOR
A slow-start curve for a wheel, pedal or velocity (b OFF); a V-shaped response to a bipolar source (the pitch wheel either way, an LFO folded to twice its rate); a constant b moves the low point.
WATCH OUT
Sums above 1 pin at 1.

Press EDIT, go to layer 3 with CHANNEL/LAYER ▲, then MORE and LFO+. The FUN3 row: Input a FUN4, Input b ASR1, Function (a+b)^2.

Where it goes: MORE, DSP MOD. On the LP Frq row Source 2 is FUN3, its depth from 600 ct to 2300 ct as AttVel rises.

Hold a note: the LP Frq row follows FUN3.
