Chorus, flanger and phaser
MotionRate · Depth · Delay · Feedback · NotchesThese effects mix the sound with a copy that moves. A chorus delays the copy 5 to 20 ms and sways that delay slowly: the pitch wavers a few cents and the sound thickens. A flanger does it at a few ms with feedback, a sweeping comb. A phaser moves notches through the spectrum with allpasses instead of a delay.

WHAT TO KNOW
THE CHORUS
Its rate (0.2 to 2 Hz) and its depth in cents of detune; the two sides out of phase widen it. Dual Chorus 1 runs a chorus a side, each panned away.
THE FLANGER
Short taps swept by an LFO whose period counts in beats; feedback deepens the comb into a metallic whoosh.
THE PHASER
An allpass summed with the dry sound makes a notch; CenterFreq and the LFO's depth in cents set where it sweeps. LFO Phaser Twin runs two in a row.
WATCH OUT
Summed to mono, a wide chorus partly cancels. And these effects want a sustained, rich sound: a sine or a dry click shows little of them.
